I work at the intersection of technology, marketing, and psychology. My journey began as a software engineer. Over the years, I continued to learn various programming languages and work in technology management. During the Internet Era, I began to focus on marketing psychology and ultimately took a PhD. My research focus was to study how consumers trusted healthcare organizations. Ultimately I created a model for building trust that could be used as a formula for organizations to strengthen their audience relationships. Today, I write about technology and consult with private clients.
