the thinking behind the system
Six Level is a marketing systems consultancy for service businesses — designed around a simple principle: the gaps in your client lifecycle are costing you more than your marketing ever could.
why Six level and flowarc exist
Many businesses move fast to get something in place — a CRM here, an email tool there, a follow-up sequence that almost works. Each piece does its job. But the handoffs between them are manual, inconsistent, and invisible until something falls through.
Leads go cold between meetings. New clients get an onboarding that feels improvised. Referrals get promised and never sent. None of it is a failure of effort. It's a failure of design.
Those gaps aren't just operational. Every silent handoff, every missed touchpoint, every moment where the system should have responded and didn't — each one is a small withdrawal from the trust your marketing spent real effort building.
That's the problem the Flowarc system was built to solve.
Who's behind it?
Larry Taylor is a Ph.D. media psychologist and digital marketing strategist who has built systems across healthcare, financial services, and online education — from mid-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.
His research focused on digital media and trust: specifically, how trust is built, maintained, and eroded in digital environments. That work produced a clear and uncomfortable finding — in a market full of pitches, trust isn't built by saying the right things. It's built, or quietly destroyed, by what happens in the gaps.
The pattern he kept encountering in the field confirmed it. Businesses with strong offers and real demand were losing clients, not because of bad marketing, but because of the gaps their systems left unmanaged. The follow-up that didn't go out. The onboarding that felt improvised. The referral that was promised and forgotten.
Flowarc is the methodology that emerged from that intersection — decades of systems experience, grounded in research that explains exactly why the gaps cost what they do.
Larry founded SixLevel and created Flowarc to make that thinking accessible to the businesses that need it most.
the methodology
Before anything gets built, we map the complete picture — every stage, every handoff, every touchpoint from first contact to referral. The endpoint looks different for a five-advisor financial planning firm than it does for a growing consulting practice. The design has to reflect that specificity.
Then we build backward. Catching the gaps and friction points before they're baked in. Designing each phase so the next one was always possible — not bolted on as an afterthought.
You don't have to build everything at once. You just have to start with a system designed to grow without being rebuilt.
Flowarc brings together strategic diagnosis, technical implementation, and systems thinking that most consultants keep in separate lanes. We don't hand you a strategy document. We build the thing — and make it run.
Who does the work?
Six Level operates as a focused team of strategists, builders, writers, thinkers, and technology specialists who work directly on client systems. In fact, they all use these systems for their businesses too. We don't use account managers relaying instructions.
The Six Level team is made up of people who understand both the human side of the client relationship and the mechanics of making the system perform at its best in supporting your business.
GET STARTED
The Six Level Flowarc Assessment is a 12-question assessment of how your business currently handles each stage of the client lifecycle — from first inquiry to referral.
Your responses are scored against the patterns we see most often across service businesses. Then my team and I personally review your results alongside your website — looking at where trust is being built, where it's eroding, and where the gaps are costing you the most.
You get two things back within 1-2 business days:
A video review of your specific situation — not a generated report, not generic recommendations. A real assessment from someone who's spent thirty years building these systems.
And a ready-to-use lead-to-conversation prompt sequence — five touchpoints built around the trust gaps most common in your business type, ready to load into your system.
No obligation. No sales pitch in your inbox. Just clarity on where to focus first.

It's not the marketing. It's the space in between.
